STRAIGHT ANSWERS · FOR HVAC OWNERS

Straight answers for the HVAC workday.

BrassHoller is an early-stage AI receptionist for HVAC owners. These answers separate the setup and text-only preview available today from live receptionist features still in development.

What is BrassHoller intended to do?

BrassHoller is being built as an AI receptionist for HVAC businesses. The intended role is to give callers a first response, gather useful job details, and help them find a next step. The live receptionist is not available today; owners can currently save setup preferences and try a text-only sample preview in the private workspace.

What can an HVAC owner configure today?

In the private owner workspace, an owner can save a service area, operating hours, job types, price guidance, urgent contacts, and a human-transfer preference. These are setup preferences only. Saving them does not answer calls, send texts, book appointments, route urgent requests, or transfer callers.

What does the text-only receptionist preview do?

An owner can enter a caller scenario and generate one sample written reply using the saved service area, operating hours, job types, and price guidance. It is a simulation for review: it does not contact a customer, use urgent contacts to route a request, or start a human transfer.

Can BrassHoller answer live calls or text customers today?

No. Live call handling and customer texting are unavailable today. The preview produces sample text for an owner to review; it does not answer a phone, send a text, or follow up with a caller.

Can callers book an appointment through BrassHoller?

No. Appointment booking is unavailable today. The current product has no active calendar-booking workflow or calendar connection.

Does it route urgent calls to an on-call technician?

No. Urgent and on-call routing are unavailable today. An owner can save urgent contact details as setup guidance, but BrassHoller does not page, call, or route a request to those contacts.

Can a caller ask for a person or be transferred?

No. Human handoff and call transfer are unavailable today. The saved human-transfer preference records an owner preference only; it does not connect a caller to a person.

Are phone, SMS, calendar, or dispatch integrations active?

No. The available product is owner setup and a text-only sample preview. There is no active phone, SMS, appointment-booking, urgent-routing, dispatch, or call-transfer integration.
