THE AIM: LESS PHONE TAG. MORE TIME ON THE TOOLS. FOR THE PEOPLE WHO FIX HOME
01THE EVERYDAY PROBLEM

The phone rings.
Your hands are full.

HVAC calls can come in while a technician is on a repair, driving between jobs, or helping another customer. The goal is a dependable, human-feeling first response that gathers context without pulling the crew away from the work in front of them.

BrassHoller is being designed for small U.S. HVAC teams. The planned receptionist would answer customer calls and texts, gather useful job details, share owner-approved price guidance, and help customers find the right next step.

Available today: owner setup and a text-only simulation.
Owners can save service preferences and try a sample reply in the private workspace. It does not answer calls, send texts, book appointments, route urgent requests, or transfer a caller.

YOUR WHAT-IF ESTIMATE

Gross profit opportunity per month

How the estimate is calculated

Formula: calls per month × unanswered-call share × recoverable-call share × booking rate = potential bookings. Multiply potential bookings by your gross profit per completed job for the monthly opportunity; multiply that by 12 for the annual opportunity. First-year ROI compares that annual opportunity with your own monthly cost assumption × 12. It is not a BrassHoller price or quote. The model excludes operating costs, taxes, implementation, capacity limits, seasonality, and other factors. Prefilled values are examples only, not HVAC benchmarks or BrassHoller performance data. Replace them with your own numbers; outcomes are not guaranteed.

This estimate does not mean live call answering, outbound texting, appointment booking, or urgent routing is available from BrassHoller today.

03PLANNED FIRST RELEASE

A dependable first response
starts with a clear flow.

This is the workflow BrassHoller is being built toward. Calls, outbound texts, calendar booking, urgent routing, and human handoff are not active today.

01

Give a steady first response

A future receptionist would greet the caller naturally and confirm they reached the right HVAC team.

02

Gather the job details

It would ask about the issue, service area, and timing, then share only owner-approved price guidance.

03

Offer a clear next step

With calendar and team connections in place, it could offer an appointment or route an urgent request to a person.

Planned human control: a live receptionist would let callers ask for a person and route urgent requests through an owner-approved team path.

05GOOD TO KNOW

A few straight
answers.

BrassHoller is early. Here’s what works today and what is planned.

Read the full BrassHoller FAQ
Can BrassHoller answer my calls today?

No. Today, the private owner workspace supports HVAC setup and a text-only receptionist simulation. Live call answering, outbound texting, appointment booking, urgent routing, and human handoff are planned, but none are available today.

What can an owner try today?

An owner can save HVAC service preferences and generate a sample text reply from the private workspace. It is a simulation only: it does not answer or send messages, book visits, route urgent calls, or transfer a caller.

Who are you building it for?

BrassHoller is being designed for U.S. HVAC businesses first. Plumbing, electrical, and roofing teams are part of the longer-term direction.

Will a customer be able to ask for a person?

That is part of the planned live receptionist. A future connected release should give callers a clear way to request a person and route urgent requests to the owner or on-call technician. Neither behavior is active today.
